The California Academy of Sciences

It really does have a lot of offer, more than perhaps the name conjures up in your mind. There’s a massive aquarium with the world’s largest indoor coral reef, you can visit the four-storey Osher Rainforest, learn about the weather on the living roof, and much more.
This museum is really interactive, it’s a great museum to take the kids to even if they tend to get bored in more traditional museums. There are all sort of activities and exhibits that will entertain as well as teach about science, art and perception.
